Michael Blackshear and Mary Frank Join Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School

Michael Roy Blackshear of Pasadena Hills, Missouri has joined Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School as the Associate Principal. His responsibilities include instructional leadership, teacher evaluation and professional development.

Blackshear earned his bachelor’s degree from Concordia Teachers College in Seward, Nebraska and his master’s degree from Saint Louis University. He is an Educational Doctorate candidate at Lindenwood University. Blackshear has 26 years of experience in education. He has received a Lifetime Certification in 7th-12th Grade Physical Education and Health, Transition Administration Certification and is a Certified Athletic Administrator.

Also, Mary Frank of Webster Groves, Missouri has joined Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School as a learning consultant. Her responsibilities include assisting students with academic difficulties, working with teachers and communicating with the principal on student academic status.

Frank earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University and her master’s degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Frank has 12 years of experience in education and has received industry certifications in Secondary Education, Elementary Education and Reading.

Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School has educated students from the entire St. Louis region for more than 25 years and opened a new, state-of-the-art school in Grand Center in 2003. This year, as in years past, all Cardinal Ritter Prep seniors graduated and were accepted to college.
