Our mission is to provide an exceptional Catholic urban educational experience for youth that instills attitudes of success and self-worth in our youth through faith development, academic excellence and leadership.

We at Cardinal Ritter Prep strive to help students recognize their full potential, develop a positive image and generate enthusiasm for learning. We believe that students taught in a warm supportive and structured environment develop responsibility for their own behavior, learning and concern for others. We also believe that educators, community members, parents and students must work together to promote productive learning.

The Cardinal Ritter Prep experience helps students develop fully as people: intellectually, spiritually and morally. They have a strong sense of self-worth and dignity, and set high goals and expectations for themselves. They develop resources for life through meaningful friendships and spiritual growth.
